これは、試作初期のミニ食 ミネラルリッチ。 小物を背景に、サイズ感がわかるようにしました。完成品はこれよりもう少し高さがあるサイズに落ち着きました。（もう少しだけボリュームアップ！）
さて、、、一ヶ月ぶりのブログ更新となりました。
お客様より 「９月より（本当に）再開するのですか？」 といった内容のお問い合わせを頂きました。サンフランシスコに行くため休業します、のブログをご覧いただいたようで、
『帰国している頃だけど、ブログの更新もないので本当に再開されるんですか？』
みたいなトーンが行間に読み取れまして、恐縮しています。
帰国後、サンフランシスコ Ｌｏｓsで何もする気が起こらないかと思っていましたが、まったく逆でした。帰国当日こそ時差ボケで一日ロスしましたが、翌日からは何故か団舎利のスイッチが入り、家中を整理。必要な物、もう必要でなくなったものが明確に感じられて、サクサク選択ができています。
パンの方も、開発中の新メニューがいくつも行き詰っていたのですが、ひらめきが起こり、配合がどうまくいっています。我ながらどうしちゃったのか、えらく冴えわたってます。
そんな状況で帰国後の日々を没頭して過ごしておりました。
お陰で、新メニューの食パン ミネラルリッチ が完成しました♪
そして８月も引き続き、整理整頓。気分新たに、９月のスタートを迎えられるよう、体制を整えております！💪

Before getting into the details, some catch ups.
We are safely back from San Francisco... a month ago..
Not only I am back in the very healthy condition physically but also mentally, I am in the top condition. I don't know what got to me now but my instinct is very acute and many decision makings are so easy and turn out to be a correct one.
For example, I had been working on some new menus but I couldn't have finalized yet for some time. I was at the stage where close to the completion yet something was missing or some distribution of ingredients weren't correct.
But here I am, with full of inspirations and voila! Few new products are on the perfect condition !
Above photo is the new golden bread. I have substitute some of the whole wheat flour to rice bran. Rice bran is rich in mineral, very healthy, so the name is "Mineral Rich".
I need some photos of Mineral Rich to update my web site. So this is why I am offering this campaign, 2 for 3. If you buy any loaf of breads for 2, you will get one loaf of Mineral Rich matching with the size of your purchase; and this is complimentary.
